Why no hourly rate option?
Break-fix IT only shows up after something is already broken. Our plans are built around prevention, monitoring, documentation, and partnership. For one-time work like office buildouts or server migrations, we handle those as project services.
What if we have more workstations than the tier allows?
No problem. Each tier covers a defined practice size. If you exceed it, additional workstations are $89/month and additional servers are $249/month.
Do you support our practice management software?
Yes. We work with dental and medical software vendors and coordinate directly with your PMS, imaging, ISP, and hardware support teams.
How fast do you actually respond?
Foundation Care includes same business day response. Professional Care includes within 4 hours response goal. Premium Care includes within 1 hour priority response.
What’s included in HIPAA documentation?
Asset inventory, basic security policies, access control documentation, incident response guidance, and supporting IT documentation for your compliance records.
What does onboarding look like?
Discovery, asset inventory, network review, security baseline rollout, monitoring agents, backup review, documentation, and staff handoff.
Can we cancel?
Plans are structured as 12-month terms because IT stability and compliance require continuity. After year one, renewal terms can be reviewed based on your agreement.
