One clinic location. Device and server eligibility, visit length, travel, support hours, backup capacity, retention, licenses, and project work must be scoped in the agreement. Response goals are acknowledgment targets during agreed business hours, not resolution guarantees. No plan prevents every outage or attack.

Published baseline & proposed improvements

Reference reviewed October 15, 2026. The published page lists Essential $399, Professional $799, and Premium $1,499 per month per location, with 12-month terms. Essential lists one visit every two months; Professional lists one monthly; Premium lists two monthly.

This model proposes two monthly visits for Professional and four for Premium, plus explicit ticket follow-through, staff guidance, and care check-ins. These are not published commitments. The $150 cloud backup and $199 advanced security monthly add-ons follow the published direction; quantities, licensing, and eligibility require a quote. Conflicting published hourly and extra-device rates are excluded.

Prices are planning base fees. Hardware, third-party subscriptions, taxes, travel, projects, and work outside agreed scope may add cost. Capacity and eligibility still matter, even though this comparison leads with operational coverage.

Facts, scenarios & boundaries

General risk guidance: keeping software updated addresses known weaknesses. Backups should be protected from the incident affecting production and regularly tested. Access controls, network segmentation, and an incident-response plan are recommended safeguards.

Sources support these general practices, not a guarantee of CYPERFOX results. All incident narratives are hypothetical. There are no invented breach probabilities, penalty claims, recovery times, or savings percentages. Managed care does not certify HIPAA compliance or replace the clinic’s own responsibilities.

Local NAS backup and cloud backup are separate layers. A local NAS is not automatically an offsite or isolated copy. Neither a backup job success message nor a plan tier guarantees application recovery.
